DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

No. Because I am not a registered dietitian, prescribing meal plans is outside of my scope of practice. HOWEVER, because of my of interest in nutrition and the importance it has in fitness I made it a point to take several nutrition and sport nutrition based classes while in school. I continue my education with self done research and certification courses in nutrition. 


With that being said I do still offer nutrition counseling and guidance for my athletes/clients that I work with. 

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

It depends! But I believe bands are essential to invest into because there is so much you can do with that and your body to get a great workout at home or on the road! BUT, it still depends!

Mostly on an individuals budget for fitness equipment. If you are really struggling, I would probably just say join a local commercial gym, which is usually pretty cheap and as at least the basics of what you'll need.

If you have a little more money to spend, the bare essentials to a home gym are some free weights, a barbell & plates, a bench, and a squat rack. Everything else is just icing on the cake!

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

Two main reasons that I believe I am much more than your average trainer or coach.


1. Success as a coach in my mind is linked highly on my athletes/clients achievements in regards to their fitness goals. So with that being said, my promise is that regardless of how invested you are to your goals, I will be just as, IF NOT MORE, invested as you!

2. My services are based on researched science in kinesiology. No "bro-science" here. I make it a point to base your fitness program around research and make sure to tailor it towards your goals and needs!

HOW DO I GO ABOUT STARTING YOUR PROGRAM?

Easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Contact me. Any button that says "contact me" directly links you to my work email. Shoot me an email to inquire! Or fill out the message board at the bottom of the home page.

  2. Fill out the client intake form, I want to get to know who I'm working with! You can find this in on the button up top in red labeled "intake form."

  3. Schedule in a time to chat. Hit "book now" on the home page. That will take you to my scheduler. 

  4. We'll chat! *Depending on availability and distance first consultation will either be online via video calls or in person.*

WHY SHOULD I DO ONLINE COACHING?

Online coaching is a great tool to have access to coaches that are not just in your local area.

The greatest issue I find with some that fall short in this form of service is the lack of humanization and a personal relationship.
